Svitlana Onipko born in Kyiv , Ukraine in 1995. Ballet dancer and photographer. Studied for 8 years in the Kyiv State Ballet School. In 2015 was accepted in the National Opera of Ukraine.
In 2018, inspired by her travels and ballet world, she began her career as a portrait photographer shooting on film.
In photography, she pays a lot of attention to portraits, connection with people, tries to show them as they are in their most natural state.
In April 2022 made a collaboration project with Felipe Jacome “Unbroken”.
The idea of project is a contrast between strength and beauty of Ukrainian ballerinas and violence and destruction of war.
