PLIVKA offers an internet-based service (the “Service”) through its website www.plivka.io (the “Site”), that allows photographers to create profiles and share information about their service offerings, and customers to search for and book photographers they like in different cities around the world. Protecting our users’ private information is our highest priority. These T&C also cover the Privacy Policy and govern all data collection and usage by PLIVKA, including through the Site. By using the Site, you consent to the data collection and usage practices described in this document.
PLIVKA collects personal data about you, which includes but is not limited to your full name, email, phone number, and location with the aim to give you a better experience and show you relevant information.
By using PLIVKA you agree to allow PLIVKA to collect and process your personal data. Your data will not be sold or given to any third-parties not related to PLIVKA.
PLIVKA makes use of cookies to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Users have the right to erase their data. You may ask us to delete your personal data by writing an email to hello@plivka.io, or you can remove your personal data by deleting your account on the Site (At the profile edit section of the Site).
By visiting your user profile on the Site, you can correct, amend, and add your personal information, as well as delete your account.

PLIVKA secures your personal data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. When personal data is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.
PLIVKA from time to time can contact you through email, push notifications, SMS, or another medium, to update you of special promotions or things that are going on with PLIVKA. By using the Service you agree to subscribe to receive these emails and messages.
We respect your privacy and give you an opportunity to opt-out of receiving announcements of certain information. Users may opt-out of receiving any or all communications from PLIVKA by clicking our unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email or by contacting us using the contact information listed in the Contact Information section of this document.
PLIVKA does not own photos and any other content uploaded to the Site. With respect to all content you post, upload, or otherwise submit to the Site or share with other users, you own all rights and interests in and to such сontent, including all copyrights. By uploading any content you hereby grant PLIVKA license to copy, display, modify, and otherwise use your content in connection with the operation of the Service or the promotion, advertising, or marketing thereof, in any form, medium or technology.
All content posted, uploaded, or otherwise submitted to the Site, and any comments or other communications (including via messages exchanged through PLIVKA’s messenger service) are the sole responsibility of the user from which such content originates. PLIVKA maintains the right to monitor the content that you provide, but shall not be obligated to do so.
When using the Service, the photographer is obliged to abide by the following rules:
Tu use only real name and valid contact information;
To download portfolio and add information about service packages on offer when filling out the profile;
Not to upload photos of too low quality, collages, or images that contain frames, text, watermarks, logos, digital effects, photomontage, and design elements;
Not to specify contact details and accounts and pages from other sites and platforms (including pages on social media) in the bio of the profile.
PLIVKA reserves the right to carry out moderation and may terminate or disable a user account in case of non-compliance with the above rules.
As a condition of use, you promise not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these T&C, or any other purpose not reasonably intended by PLIVKA. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree not to use the Service:
To abuse, harass, threaten, or intimidate any person;
To post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or that infringes any copyright or other right of any person;
To create or transmit unwanted ‘spam’ to any person or any URL;
To post copyrighted content that does not belong to you;
To promote or sell any third party products or services.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the Site. PLIVKA reserves the right, but has no obligation, to review disputes between you and other users. This includes the right to review messages exchanged through PLIVKA’s messenger service.
If the Service or Site are used in a manner that violates the T&C in any way, PLIVKA may at its sole discretion, but is not required to, suspend or terminate your account, disable your access to the Site and/or take any steps that it deems appropriate to address the situation.
PLIVKA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace the T&C and Privacy Policy at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the terms, PLIVKA will notify you by posting an announcement on the Site. What constitutes a material change will be determined at PLIVKA’s sole discretion.
